Herbs
Fresh, locally produced herbs will help elevate any culinary dish. We offer several staples such as parsley, rosemary, and oregano. We will also have seasonal favorites available such as sweet basil, cilantro, and dill in the summer and sage in the fall.
Microgreens
We grow and harvest several varieties of microgreens, edible seedlings of vegetables and herbs, on a weekly basis. Not only do they elevate the flavor of your dish, but they also add great color.
Lettuce
Lettuce is the critical foundation to almost all green salads and as such, they are central to our harvests. With a large array of colors, and textures, we can help find the perfect type for your culinary desires.
Seasonal Greens
We also grow seasonal leafy greens such as cabbage and endive in the fall, spinach in the winter, and greens such as orach, dandelion greens, arugula, kale, bok choy, and mustard greens in the summer.
