During late April and early May, Jake participated in a virtual Produce Safety Alliance course offered through Cornell University.

Participation in a food safety course sponsored by the Produce Safety Alliance and the Association of Food and Drug Officials was an important priority for Root 42 Harvests to take as a producer. We are committed to following the guiding principals, standards, and recommendations we have learned as participants in this course and wanted our customers to know that the quality and safety of our produce is of utmost importance to us.
